No two weddings are the same, we’ll work closely with you to create a unique menu that compliments your wedding style and theme. Using only the highest quality ingredients and the freshest local produce, we deliver beautifully presented meals accompanied by impeccable service.
We offer a range of wedding catering formats, including a delightful stand-up menu, plated alternate drop menu, or an elegant table banquet.

When catering your wedding, no one brings more to the table than us. We offer a range of wedding catering formats and flavours to match your theme. We’ve listed our most frequently asked questions below. However, if we’ve missed something, please feel free to contact us.
I will work closely with you to create a unique menu that compliments your wedding style, theme and budget—using only the highest quality ingredients and the freshest local produce.
Wedding catering costs are from $98 per person.
Yes we freshly prepare kids meals.
Yes, we will cater for vendors.
Yes, we will cater options for people with allergies or specific dietary requirements.
No, we do not make cakes. However, we can cut, garnish, and serve the wedding cake.
Typically there’s one staff member per 20 people (for food service only). Drinks staff are calculated at the same ratio.
We often arrive 2-3 hours before food service commences to unpack and set up.
All plates/cutlery are hired via your preferred supplier.
We provide all platters for banquette and canapé service. And my fantastic staff always clean up, so you can sit back and enjoy.
We do not provide alcohol or drink packages, but we can offer experienced and friendly bar staff to provide drink service for a flat hourly rate and no corkage fee.
There is a 30% booking fee, with the balance due 14 days before the event.
We require final guest numbers and dietary requirements 14 days before the event.
An event cancellation will incur a loss of your booking fee.

Double-crumbed camembert in pappadums & sesame seeds with cranberry orange dipping sauce.
Roasted Duck breast, beetroot jam, whipped Mascarpone
& micro herbs on toasted Penna De Casa.
Sashimi Grade Tuna Tataki with Palm Sugar
syrup & Wasabi mayonnaise.
Scallop Bruschetta on toasted sourdough with Truss tomato, Goat’s cheese & fresh basil.
Mushroom Arancini with roasted Cherry tomato sauce.
Grilled fresh local line caught Reef Fish with Honey Lemon Beurre Blanc.
Candied pumpkin with rockette, toasted pine nuts, Goat’s feta & fresh Pomegranate.
Cajun & lime marinated Emerald Valley Lamb Fillet with Red wine Jus.
Sautéed Chat potatoes with seasonal greens, garlic & fresh herbs.
Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee.
Wedding cake (supplied by yourself) served with vanilla bean cream & berry coulis.
Alternate drop menu

Garlic, lime, chilli & ginger marinated local Banana prawn skewers drizzled with aioli.
Twice cooked pork belly with bean sprouts, green papaya,
fresh coriander, Vietnamese mint and tamarind chilli dressing.
Scallop bruschetta on toasted sourdough with truss tomato,
Goat’s feta, crispy pancetta wafers & fresh basil.
Fresh local line caught Reef fish with pickled fennel, orange
segment & mint salad with honey lemon beurre blanc & sweet potato shards.
Filet Mignon – tender eye fillet of beef wrapped in prosciutto
with sauteed potatoes, seasonal greens & red wine jus.
